Terry Simpson is always looking for new agents. Unfortunately, his agents have a short survival rate. It is why they get paid so well. Even so, there are some assignments that seem to be too difficult for any of his agents. It is during a simple assignment that he thinks he's discovered the ideal agent. Unfortunate for him, the man has no desire to become an agent, even with the enticing salary.
